Lawyers spend a lot of time ensuring that their research is accurate, their written work product is polished and their advocacy skills are first-rate. This course focuses on the skills lawyers frequently forget to sharpen or just aren’t sure how to develop.
This program will address the importance of developing a professional identity, the value of engaging in genuine interpersonal relationships in the workplace and the necessity of maintaining a stellar reputation. In each area, we will discuss concrete methods for marked improvement.
The program will highlight the value of a 360 Review, significance of relationship skills and offer ten takeaways for improved professional development.
