TODAY - An Analysis of Upcoming Changes to the Federal Taxation of Businesses Under the Trump Administration

CLE - Analysis of Changes to Federal Taxation of Businesses

Hosted by: Business Law Section LLCs and Other Unincorporated Entities (LOUIE), Mergers & Acquisitions, and Venture Capital & Private Equity Law Committees

President Trump made business tax reform a highlight of his campaign, calling for reduced corporate tax rates, reform of the way pass-through entities are taxed and reduced tax on the repatriation of earnings. Portions of the Trump Plan are similar to the House Republican Blueprint for Tax Reform.

In this luncheon CLE program, panelists will discuss key features that will impact the way business are taxed under both plans, as well as, under any recently proposed legislation. Planning considerations for business transactions will also be addressed.

Panelists will discuss the impact of the changes on businesses operating domestically, as well as on those with foreign operations and earnings.

Join your colleagues for this timely program and learn how upcoming changes could impact business taxes and business planning in the coming year.
