CLE - Tips and Practice Tools From the Workers' Comp Bench

Hosted by the Workers' Compensation Section

WCAIS Tips for the attorneys and their staff, including the recent releases and updates through March 2017

In this lunchtime CLE program, Workers' Compensation judges will provide practical guidance regarding the legal practices and procedures within their courtrooms. They will offer tips on Workers' Compensation Automation and Integration System (WCAIS) to help attorneys and their staff with the litigation process. The judges will discuss the September and December 2016 WCAIS updates, address the use of the tabs on the Claim and Dispute Summaries, and provide guidance on the use of the following communication tools: requests, judge communications, and instructions from the Judge. Finally, they will address the Rules of Professional Conduct as applied to the use of WCAIS.

Attendees will also receive an overview of the mobile app.

Join your colleagues in the Workers' Compensation Section for a 2-hour practice tips review with the Judges and earn an ethics credit.
