Workers' Compensation Section CLE Program

This lunchtime CLE program will highlight the following:

  • Financial Update on City of Philadelphia Claims
  • Impact of Heart and Lung Claims on Workers' Compensations' Claims
  • Considerations Inherent in Litigation of a City of Philadelphia Claim
  • Considerations Inherent in Settling a City of Philadelphia Claim
  • Different Rules and Regulations that May Apply to City Cases

The program has been approved for 1.0 Substantive CLE credit. Participants wishing to receive the CLE credit will be required to pay a fee of $25.00 for members of the Philadelphia Bar Association admitted for more than five years and $20.00 for members of the Philadelphia Bar Association admitted for less than five years. Interested parties not seeking CLE credit may attend and purchase lunch.
