 Franchise Law CommitteePursuant to the Business Law Section Committee Requirements and Guidelines, the Mission Statement setting forth the goals and objectives of the Franchise Subcommittee is as follows: To be the preeminent local forum for the study and discussion of the legal aspects of franchising with the aim of (1) providing high quality educational programs and publications on the legal aspects of franchising; (2) stimulating discussion of the legal aspects of franchising in order to educate the Philadelphia legal and franchising community about diverse viewpoints on issues of current concern; and (3) enhancing the professional growth of and level of collegiality between Franchise Subcommittee members.
