 Mergers & Acquisitions CommitteeThe Mergers & Acquisitions Committee seeks to provide educational opportunities and foster collegiality among M&A practitioners. At our monthly meetings, our Committee provides both practical and academic oriented programs that target, at varying times, the younger members of the M&A bar and the most experienced. Discussion topics typically are relevant to attorneys advising clients on private or public M&A deals, with an emphasis on "middle market" transactions. Speakers may be Committee members or from the outside, including experts in other disciplines such as accounting and investment banking. The M&A Committee holds lunch meetings on the third Wednesday of every month (except August and December), and we welcome guests who are not members of the Business Law Section of the PBA.
