Disaster Planning Committee on Corporate Emergency Access System July 31
The next meeting of the Disaster Planning Programs Committee, originally scheduled for 8:00 a.m. on July 23, 2008 has been rescheduled and will now take place on Thursday, July 31, 2008 at 8:00 a.m. in the 10th Floor Board Room at the Association offices, 1101 Market St.
The agenda includes a presentation by Liam O'Keefe, Assistant Managing Director of Emergency Management for the City of Philadelphia. Mr. O'Keefe will be discussing the program offered by Corporate Emergency Access System (CEAS), which is a pre-event credentialing program offered to businesses within the City of Philadelphia that authenticates critical business employees for access to restricted areas following a disaster or serious emergency using a secure identification card recognized by the police.
Because this is an issue that will effect virtually every law firm in the City should there be an emergency which limits access in certain geographic areas, we are inviting all interested members of the Association, as well as their IT personnel and office administrators to this meeting.
A complimentary breakfast will be served.
Seating is limited, so please respond to Dawn Burger at firstname.lastname@example.org to advise if you will be attending.
