Pepper Hamilton Hosts: What's Next for Voter ID?
Please join the League of Women Voters of Philadelphia on Thursday, Aug. 9 for a discussion with Jennifer Clarke, Esq. of PILCOP and Marian Schneider, Esq. of the Advancement Project, the attorneys who tried the Voter ID case in Commonwealth Court, and lead plaintiff Olivia Thorne, President of the League of Women Voters of Pennsylvania. Ellen Mattleman Kaplan, Vice President and Policy Director of the Committee of Seventy, will discuss the PA Voter ID Coalition, what's next for the Voter ID law and what this means for you on Election Day. The event will be held at Pepper Hamilton LLO, 3000 Two Logan Square beginning at 5:30 p.m. Refreshments, voter ID material, and volunteer opportunities will be provided.
