Probate and Trust Law

A Message from the Chair of the Section

Welcome to the Probate and Trust Law Section’s webpage. Please stay awhile and enjoy a review of our committees, newsletters and members. The Section is comprised of approximately 600 Philadelphia-area practitioners. Our members are engaged in the practice of estate planning, elder law, guardianship law, trust law, special needs law and fiduciary litigation.

We are ten committees strong. Our committees include: The Business Planning Committee, The Diversity Committee, The Education Committee, The Elder Law and Guardianship Committee, The Legislative Committee, The Orphans’ Court Litigation and Dispute Resolution Committee, The Publications Committee, The Rules and Practice Committee, The Taxation Committee, and The Technology Committee

Our Section is committed to having a diverse membership and supports many pro bono activities. We are always looking to mentor less experienced practitioners. The members of our Section are welcoming and friendly.

Look through our Section page for CLEs, activities and meetings. Join us. Feel free to contact me or any of the officers. I look forward to meeting you.

2018 Chair of the Section
