Registration is now open for People's Law School 2010!
The People's Law School is an annual six-week public service and education program presented by volunteer attorneys from the Philadelphia Bar Association's Young Lawyers Division. All citizens are welcome to attend for a registration fee of $40, which includes a complete course materials book and admission to all 11 courses. As many as 300 people have attended the program in a given year. (Read the full news release here.)
The 2010 program features several new instructors and corresponding course materials and will run Sept. 21-Oct. 26, with classes taking place every Tuesday from 6:15-8:30 p.m. in the Jury Assembly Room at the Criminal Justice Center, 1301 Filbert St. Register here, call 215-238-6393 or email pls@philabar.org.
