Tuesday, Sept. 17, 2019 - 12:30 p.m.
1 SUB

The Supreme Court's 2007 decision in Bell Atlantic v. Twombly and 2009 decision in Ashcroft v. Iqbal sent shockwaves through the federal litigation bar.
