Clean Slate is an innovative new Pennsylvania law that is serving as a national model on how to help people with criminal records get a fresh start. The new law brings a web-based, expanded criminal record sealing to Pennsylvania. This volunteer training CLE course examines the nuts and bolts of this new law, as well as prepares volunteers to participate in the Clean Slate Screening Project which provides individualized record assessment and advice to people who are looking to clear their records.
