Join the Chicago Bar Association (CBA) and the Philadelphia Bar Association for this unique opportunity to explore the practice of mindfulness and how it can benefit your life and your practice. Learn what mindfulness is and how it can help you become a better lawyer. The speakers will provide tips to incorporate mindfulness into your day to increase productivity in your professional life and improve your relationships. The program will explore mindfulness and its relationship to practice forms, including trial practice, mediation, negotiation and oral advocacy, as well as fundamental tools for effective practice that include attention skills, listening skills, reflective capacity, empathy, emotional regulation and ultimately, decision-making.
