Wesley R. Payne, IV Elected Vice Chancellor; 5 Gain Board of Governor Seats

Wesley R. Payne, IV is a partner at White and Williams LLP and served on the Board of Governors from 2006–2015 as a member, assistant treasurer and treasurer. For the last two years, he has served as a non-voting member on the Board of Governors of the Pennsylvania Bar Association as the Zone 1 Governor. Payne will serve as Vice Chancellor of the Association in 2020 after running unopposed in the Association's 2019 Annual Election, which culminated at 5:30 p.m. on Dec. 12, 2019.
Payne will serve as Vice Chancellor in 2020, Chancellor-Elect in 2021 and Chancellor in 2022.
The following candidates for Association offices ran unopposed and will begin serving their positions on Jan. 1: Jennifer S. Coatsworth, secretary; Marc J. Zucker, treasurer; Kathleen Kirkpatrick, assistant secretary; and Matthew S. Olesh, assistant treasurer.
The following five candidates were elected and will begin serving their three-year terms on the Association's Board of Governors on Jan. 1:

Seven candidates were elected to three-year terms to the Young Lawyers Division Executive Committee and will begin serving their terms on Jan. 1. They are:

- Samuel M. Ventresca
