First Judicial District of Pennsylvania Notice

All Courts of the First Judicial District will be open and continue to operate as scheduled while administrators work with City OIT to fully review and clean all operating systems impacted by last week's virus intrusion.

While this was not a data breach, nor a ransomware attack, some court services will be temporarily suspended, including: the FJD website, electronic filing systems (e-file), and the email accounts of many court employees.

CPCMS and PACSES are not affected. Civil, Criminal and Family court filings will continue to be accepted over the counter at the following locations:

Criminal filings: 2nd Floor, Stout Center for Criminal Justice
Trial Division - Civil filings: Room 296, City Hall
Municipal Court - Civil filings - Widener Building, 1339 Chestnut Street, 10th Floor
Family Court filings: 1501 Arch Street, 8th and 11th Floors
