First Judicial District of Pennsylvania (Philadelphia Courts) Notice to the Bar

Please be advised that some court services have been temporarily suspended due to network issues, including: the First Judicial District’s website, electronic filing systems (e-file) and the email accounts of many court employees.

CPCMS and PACSES are not affected. Civil, Criminal, Orphans’ and Family court filings will continue to be accepted over the counter at the following locations:

Criminal filings: 2nd Floor, Stout Center for Criminal Justice
Trial Division - Civil filings: Room 296, City Hall
Municipal Court - Civil filings – Widener Building, 1339 Chestnut Street, 10th Floor
Orphans’ Court filings: Room 413 City Hall
Family Court filings: 1501 Arch Street, 8th and 11th Floors
