Probate and Trust Law

A Message from the Chair of the Section

Welcome to the Probate and Trust Law Section. First created in 1975, we are celebrating our 44th year in the oldest Bar Association in the country. Since our creation, we have served as a forum for our members to discuss probate, wills, trusts, guardianship, and estate law issues.

Our Section is instrumental in formulating probate and trust laws on a statewide basis, educating and developing resources for practitioners to aid them in the practice of probate and trust law, mentoring young lawyers, and serving the needs of the public at large.

We look forward to you joining our listserv, subscribing to our calendar and podcasts, attending the regular meetings of any of our ten committees, and becoming a part of our Section.

Justin H. Brown
2019 Chair of the Section
