Legal Advice Live! Volunteers Needed at Library Branches
Legal Advice Live! provides free, in-person confidential legal advice for the public. Open-door sessions will be held at various branches of the Free Library of Philadelphia in September and October.
Attorneys will provide answers to legal questions on a broad range of topics including personal injury, medical malpractice, landlord/tenant law, divorce and child custody matters, wills and estate planning and employment law.
Volunteer attorneys are needed on the following dates:
- Wednesday, Sept. 16: Ramonita de Rodriguez branch, 600 W. Girard Ave., from 4:30-6:30 p.m.
- Thursday, Sept. 17: Thomas F. Donatucci Sr. branch, 1935 Shunk St., from 5-7 p.m.
- Wednesday, Sept. 30: Lucien E. Blackwell West Philadelphia Regional Library, from 5-7 p.m.
- Thursday, Oct. 1: Parkway Central Library, 1901 Vine St., from 5-7 p.m.
